What are Tokens in Authority to Act?

Tokens are used in providing authorities to act within an organisation.  ROVER users, such as other employees or representatives, issued with token can be assigned with functions depending on the level of access that was granted.  An organisation’s authorised user can create a token by navigating to Authority to Act in the user’s ROVER dashboard.  The steps to record an Authority to Act and creating tokens can be viewed from the Authority to Act user guide.  Download a copy HERE.
