How to Revoke an RVS Approval

To be able to revoke an Road Vehicle Standards (RVS) approval, you will need to sign into ROVER.  Once on the approvals page, you will need to find the approval that you want to revoke.

Select the applicable approval number and then once on the detailed approval, you will be able to see the Revoke tab which will now bring up the approval, confirming that it is the Approval that needs to be revoked.

Make sure that you have read and understood the Department’s privacy policy.  If this has not been ticked, you will not be able to proceed.  By selecting the Request to revoke an approval, make sure that the date to have the approval revoked is not the same as the request date (the date must be in the future).

A reason must be supplied as to why the approval needs to be revoked.  After submitting the revoke, you will be returned to the approvals page, and ROVER will automatically send you an email confirming your request has been received.

Your approval will be revoked on the date you requested.

The revoked Approvals will now be visible on the Archive page.
