Once I am operating under the RVSA, do I need to continue to update my QMS and ADR evidence after a Vehicle Type Approval is granted?

Yes, it is the responsibility of the vehicle type approval holder to comply with all the conditions specified within the approval – and this includes keeping your QMS and ADR evidence maintained and updated.  Both the QMS and ADR evidence must be treated as living documents.
