Why do submitted approval applications not appear on the agent’s account?

If a ROVER user is the applicant or has an active Authority to Act for the applicant, they can see the
submitted applications. There is a filter at the top of the list of applications which defaults to showing
applications where you are the applicant. If you click on this filter, you can select the applicant and see those applications.
